Retail product returns
Eligible retail products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery or store pickup. The product must be unused, complete, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned as new
The following are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. A verified defect is handled separately.
- Installed, activated, programmed or customer-damaged parts and devices
- Opened consumables, adhesives, screen protectors or items with removed protective films
- Special-order items or products altered for a specific device
- Gift cards, digital items, shipping charges already used, or items marked final sale
Defective or incorrect products
If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact info@iphix.us or (424) 448-5107 promptly with the order number and photos when available. The team will confirm troubleshooting, replacement, pickup or return instructions before the item is sent back.
Servicios de reparación are handled separately
Completed diagnostic or repair labor is not a retail product return. Concerns about a completed repair are reviewed under the iPhix Warranty. Diagnostic fees, when disclosed and authorized, may remain payable even if a repair is declined.
Return authorization and shipping
Do not mail an item before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for secure packaging and the approved shipping method unless iPhix confirms that the item was incorrect or defective on arrival. Keep tracking and shipment records until the return is completed.
Inspection and refunds
Approved returns are inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method; bank and card processing times vary. Original shipping, expedited shipping and service charges are not refundable unless required by law or caused by an iPhix fulfillment error.
